摘　　要：目的:探索对某三甲医院(下称A医院)发展有显著影响的宏观环境因素,在此基础上分析PEST分析法的适用性,为医院合理应用提供相关参考和依据。方法:运用PEST分析法对A医院进行外部环境分析。结果:确定了影响A医院发展的政策、经济、社会与技术因素。结论:A医院应立足自身优势抓住发展机遇,化解经营风险,实现可持续发展。Objective To explore the macro-environment factors to significantly influence the development of grade three and first-class hospitals,study the applicability of the method of PEST analysis,and provide references for its reasonable application.Methods The external environment of a grade three and first-class hospital was analyzed by PEST analysis.Results The factors of policy,economy,society and technology to significantly influence the development of the grade three and first-class hospital were determined.Conclusion The sustainable development of the grade three and first-class hospital can be achieved by utilizing opportunities and reducing operation risks.
