摘　　要：文章基于健康素养的内涵,结合突发公共卫生事件的特征,从知识性、行为性、信念性和功能性四个维度对居民应对突发公共卫生事件时健康素养的内涵进行了构建,为提高居民应对突发公共卫生事件的能力和降低突发公共卫生事件的危害提供参考。This paper,using the health literacy connotation as the foundation and combining the characteristics of public health emergency,conducts the health literacy connotation of residents confronting the public health emergencies from knowledge,behaviors,beliefs,and functions dimensions.It puts forward a useful reference to reducing the disservice and enhancing the capability of residents to confront the public health emergencies.
