摘 要:通过研究不同消化能水平的日粮对母獭兔繁殖性能的影响,进而探讨成年母獭兔适宜消化能的需要量。选择胎次相近、健康无病的成年母獭兔80只,按照妊娠前平均体质量相同的原则随机分为5个处理组,每组设16个重复,每个重复1只獭兔。采用单因子等重复完全随机试验设计,研究不同消化能水平(9.627、9.941、10.255、10.569、10.883MJ/kg)的日粮对母獭兔繁殖性能的影响。研究结果表明,日粮消化能水平对母獭兔体质量变化、仔兔的生长速度、产仔数、死胎率、初生窝质量、第21天窝质量、窝增质量和泌乳力均未产生显著性影响(P>0.05),而对仔獭兔第21天的成活率产生显著影响(P<0.05);消化能水平为10.569MJ/kg的成活率显著性高于其他4个处理组。可见,母獭兔适宜的日粮消化能需要量为10.569MJ/kg。One experiment was conducted to measure the effects of different levels of digestible energy on reproductive performance of adult female Rex rabbits,and then determine the optimal requirement of digestible energy in the diet for adult female Rex rabbits.According to the same principles,80 adult female Rex rabbits which had adjacent parity,body mass and disease-free before pregnancy were randomly allotted into 5 treatments,each included 16 replicates with one adult female Rex rabbit.The different levels of digestible energy in the diet(9.627 MJ/kg,9.941 MJ/kg,10.255 MJ/kg,10.569 MJ/kg,10.883 MJ/kg) on reproductive performance of adult female Rex rabbits were studied by completely randomized design.The results showed that different levels of digestible energy had no significant effect on the body mass change of the adult female Rex rabbits and their offspring,litter body mass at birth,21-day litter body mass,litter body mass gain and latescence(P0.05),but it had significant effect on survival rate of 21d(P0.05);When the level of digestible energy was 10.569 MJ/kg,the survival rate was significantly higher than the other four treatment groups.It was concluded that 10.569 MJ/kg would be the appropriate digestible energy recommended for adult female Rex rabbits.
