摘  要:以4种1a生树苗为试材,在树苗扦插成活后用不同质量浓度咸水灌溉,通过测定不同质量浓度咸水灌溉下树苗的存活率、细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度的变化,分析咸水灌溉对树苗生长变化的影响,确定不同树苗的耐盐程度,从而为咸水灌溉发展林业提供参考依据。结果表明,随着咸水质量浓度的升高和咸水灌溉时间的延长,4种树苗的存活率均呈下降趋势;同时4种树苗叶片的细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度均呈上升趋势。从结果可得出,俄罗斯杨和河南钻天榆树苗不适宜矿化度≥3g/L的咸水灌溉,红柳和梭梭树苗可利用矿化度≤7g/L的咸水。This study used one-year-old saplings of four tree species as research materials,and the revived cuttings were irrigated with different concentrations of saline water.The survival rate of saplings,the relative permeability of cell membrane and malonaldehyde(MDA) molality in leaves were measured to analyze the effect of saline water irrigation on the growth of saplings and to evaluate the salt-tolerance of different saplings,which could provide the references for the saline water irrigation in forestry.The result showed that the survival rate of four species of sapling declined,the relative permeability of cell membrane and MDA molality in leaves showed upward trend overall with the rising of saline water concentration and prolongation of saline water irrigation time.It indicated that Populus russkii and Ulmus pumila could not be irrigated by saline water with the salinity of ≥3 g/L,but Tamarix ramosissima and Haloxylon ammodendron could use saline water with the salinity of ≤7 g/L.
