摘　　要：中国特色网络文化发展观,其基本要义是始终坚持中国特色社会主义文化方向,既顺应时代潮流又不迷失方向;推动社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣,使网络文化不断推陈出新;遵循文化发展规律,以先进的网络技术传播当代社会主义先进文化。中国特色网络文化发展观的精神实质,是对全球化本质的准确认知和把握,是对我国主流文化的坚守和自信,是我国社会主义文化建设的理论创新。从理论意义上看,中国特色网络文化发展观丰富了马克思主义文化理论,还原了网络文化的文化属性,实现了网络文化研究的空间转向。The basic meaning of the development outlook on Internet culture with Chinese characteristics is to always adhere to the direction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,to keep up with the trend of the times and not to get lost,to promote the development of socialist culture and keep the Internet culture constantly away from staleness and remain progressive forth the fresh,to follow the law of cultural development and use advanced Internet technologies to spread advanced contemporary socialist culture.The essence of the development outlook on Internet culture with Chinese characteristics is the accurate understanding and grasp of the essence of globalization,the adherence and self-confidence to our mainstream culture and the theoretical innovation of Chinese socialist culture.In view of theoretical significance,the development outlook on network culture with Chinese characteristics enriches the theory of Marxist culture,restores the cultural nature of Internet culture and realizes the spatial reorientation in the study of network culture.
