信息技术类公司技术效率的影响因素分析——基于高阶理论的实证检验

摘　　要：以2002—2009年间中国信息技术行业上市公司为样本,实证研究了董事长和CEO的年龄、学历、高层管理者平均年龄等高管特质对技术效率的影响。研究发现:董事长和CEO的学历、高管性别比与公司技术效率显著正相关;高管团队的平均年龄与公司技术效率显著负相关;而董事长和CEO的年龄、高管团队总人数等与公司技术效率无显著相关关系。This study examines the association between the characteristics of top management team and the technical efficiency in China listed information technology companies from 2002 to 2009.The finding in this paper suggests that the education level of Chairman and CEO and the ratio of male managers to total managers have significantly positive association with the technical efficiency;the average age of top team has significantly negative association with the technical efficiency;the age of Chairman and CEO and the sum of top managers have insignificant association with the technical efficiency.
