摘　　要：结合创新管理理论及知识服务业创新的特点,提出了知识服务业全面创新管理的理论框架,并以中国移动的创新管理案例加以论证。On the basis of the theory of innovation management and the character of innovation in knowledge intensive business service,this paper presents the concept of total innovation management in KIBS and involves in a case study to prove it.
