企业专利与企业利润的相关性分析——以中国医药制造上市公司为例

摘　　要：企业技术创新的最初成果往往体现在企业专利申请量的增加和企业专利资产的增加,进而通过专利的实施和专利资产的经营进一步提升企业业绩,增加企业利润。本文借鉴国外的相关研究,以我国医药制造业行业上市公司为例,对企业专利申请数量与企业利润、企业专利资产与企业利润做相关性分析和回归分析,验证了企业专利对企业利润增加存在相关关系,并存在一定的滞后效果。The first result of technological innovation in enterprises is often reflected in the increase of the amount of patent applications and corporate patent assets. Through the implementation of patents and management of patent asset, enterprises can improve business performance and increase profits. Based on the correlation and regression analysis of patent applica- tions and patents assets of listed companies of pharmaceutical manufacturing in China, the paper denotes that the number of patent application, corporate patent assets and corporate profits have a positive correlativity and a lagging effect.
