摘 要:为了提高产品整机可靠性,将可靠性控制措施引入到装配工艺方案中。由于产品的可靠性主要体现在功能失效上,因此利用结构分析和设计技术(Structured Analysis and Design Technique,SADT)对产品进行功能分析并建立完善的SADT模型,然后采用失效模式与影响分析(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis,FMEA)方法对"元动作"和相应功能需求进行故障分析得到可能的故障模式和故障原因,针对故障原因分析可靠性控制措施,最后,将该分析方法应用到某加工中心分度工作台的装配工艺方案制定的过程中。结果表明,可靠性驱动的装配工艺方案较传统的装配工艺方案具有更强的逻辑性和目的性,对于提高产品可靠性具有重要作用。In order to improve the reliability of products,the reliability control measures can be introduced in assembly process plan.As the reliability of the products is mainly reflected in function failure,the structured analysis and design technique(SADT) was applied to functional analysis,and then the failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA) method was used to carry out fault analysis for " mate action" and corresponding function requirement was proposed for possible failure effects and causes,the possible failure modes and fault causes can be found.The reliability control measures for fault causes were analyzed,and the proposed methodology was applied in making the assembly process plan for the indexing table of a machining center.The results of analysis show that the reliability driven assembly process planning is more logical and purposeful in comparison with traditional assembly process planning,and has important function in improving reliability of product.
