摘　　要：为促进塑料门窗优质高产、全面普及,研制出新型的全自动塑钢门窗三位热熔焊接机。文中阐述了总体方案;解决了研发过程中的一些技术问题,提高了机器的自动化水平和可靠性;采用正交试验法确定了该机最优焊接工艺参数;最后介绍了"┏┳┓"型焊接实例,并分析其焊缝形貌特征。该机适用于塑钢门窗焊接工序,具有结构紧凑、自动高效等优点。To promote the quality and the yield of plastic-steel doors and windows and its overall popularization,a novel automatic hot-melt welding machine for three positions of plastic-steel doors and windows is developed.The overall scheme for the machine is put forward in this paper.Some crucial problems in the research and the development process are solved,enhancing the automation level and the reliability of the machine.Moreover,optimal welding parameters of the machine are fixed by means of orthogonal experiment.Finally,a ＂┏┳┓＂ welding example is presented,and the appearance feature of the weld joints is analyzed.The machine can be used for welding process of plastic-steel doors and windows,which has advantages of compactness,full-automation,high-efficiency,and so on.
