摘　　要：目的研究海洋来源真菌Hypocrea virens发酵产物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,结构鉴定为异光黄素(1)、1-乙酰基-β-卡波林(2)、苯并噻唑啉-2-硫酮(3)、2,2'-二硫化二苯并噻唑(4)、吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(5)、腺苷(6)、2-乙酰胺基-2-去氧-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖(7)。结论化合物1～5均为首次从该属真菌中分离得到,化合物6、7为首次从该种真菌中分离得到。Researchers have found many compounds with novel structures and potent bioactivities from the metabolites of marine-derived microorganisms in recent years.For searching anti-tumor chemical constituents,the fermentation broth of marine-derived fungus Hypocrea virens was studied.Seven compounds w ere isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties.Compounds 1-7 were elucidated as isolumichrome（1）,1-acetyl-β-carbolin（2）,benzothiazoline-2-thione（3）,2,2＇-dibenzothiazolyl disulfide（4）,pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione（5）,adenosine（6）,2-acetamido-2-deoxy-α-D-glucopyranose（7）.Compounds 1-5 were isolated from the Hypocrea genus of marine-derived fungus for the first time,and compounds 6 and 7 were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Hypocrea virens for the first time.
