摘  要:以3种微囊藻毒素Microcystin-RR(MC-RR)、Microcystin-YR(MC-YR)和Microcystin-LR(MC-LR)为研究对象,对前处理及高效液相色谱分析测定方法进行优化,使3种目标物均可检测.进一步对天然水体样本的采集与储存条件进行探讨.研究结果显示,聚乙烯塑料瓶和棕色玻璃瓶对于样品保存不存在明显差异;-20℃条件下保存45 d内样品变化不存在明显差异,可作为样品储存条件.A high-performance liquid chromatography method has been optimized to improve the selectivity and the resolution in the analysis of MC-LR,MC-RR and MC-YR in natural water.It was shown that three microcystins in natural water could be detected.Furthermore,the collection and the storage conditions of natural water samples were discussed.The results showed that there was no significant difference between polypropylene plastic bottles and brown glass bottles for sample storage.And there was also no significant change of microcystins in natural water within 45 days under-20 ℃.It was concluded that-20 ℃ was possibly the best storage conditions.
