摘 要:目的:探讨原发性高血压患者血压晨峰和心血管疾病危险因素之间的相关性。方法:对入选的原发性高血压患者监测24 h动态血压,根据监测结果,将患者分为晨峰组(149例)和非晨峰组(173例)。测血生化。结果:晨峰组年龄、空腹血糖均显著高于非晨峰组(P<0.01);24 h平均收缩压(24 hSBP)、白昼平均收缩压(dSBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP),24 h平均脉压(24 hPP)、白昼平均脉压(dPP)、夜间平均脉压(nPP),24 h平均血压(24 hMAP)、白昼平均血压(dMAP)、夜间平均血压(nMAP)均高于非晨峰组(P均<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。Pearson相关分析和多元线性逐步回归显示,血压晨峰与年龄、24 hSBP、空腹血糖呈正相关(β值分别为0.301、0240、0.250,P均<0.01)。结论:24 hSBP、年龄、空腹血糖是影响血压晨峰的主要危险因素。Objective:To explore the relationship between morning blood pressure surge(MBPS)and cardiovascular disease risk factor in patients with primary hypertension. Methods:A total of 322 patients were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.MBPS group,n=149,and Non-MBPSgroup,n=173.Blood pressure at different time of the day,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and lipids were examined and compared between two groups. Results: The patients' age and FBG were significantly higher in MBPS group than those in Non-MBPS group,P0.01 respectively.The 24 h mean systolic blood pressure(24 hSBP),day mean SBP(dSBP),night mean SBP(nSBP),the 24 h mean pause pressure(24 hPP),dPP,nPP,24 h mean blood pressure(24 h MAP),dMAP,nMAP were all higher in MBPS group than those in Non-MBPS group,P0.05 respectively.Pearson relation and multiple regression analysis indicated that MBPS positively correlated with the age,24 hSBP and FBG,(β=0.301,0.240,0.250,P0.01 respectively). Conclusion: The 24hSBP,age and FBG are main influencing risk factors for MBPS.
