核酪注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者6分钟步行试验距离的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察核酪注射液对慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者6分钟步行试验距离的影响。方法:选取确诊慢性心衰且纽约心功能分级(NYHA)Ⅲ级的患者120例,采用序贯入选、随机抽样的方法分为两组,常规治疗组60例,常规治疗+核酪注射液注射(核酪注射液组)60例,两组内慢性肺原性心脏病者、扩张型心肌病者均为各30例。于治疗前、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月、治疗后12个月,观察6分钟步行试验结果。结果:两组治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月比同组治疗前6分钟步行试验距离均延长;治疗后核酪注射液组较常规治疗组的6分钟步行试验距离均延长,6个月比3个月、12个月比6个月的6分钟步行试验距离均延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月比同组治疗前,6分钟步行试验距离的增加值均增多;治疗后核酪注射液组较常规治疗组的6分钟步行试验距离的增加值均增多,6个月比3个月、12个月比6个月的6分钟步行试验距离的增加值均增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核酪注射液治疗能明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能。Objective：To observe the effect of nuclear dairy injection in patients with chronic heat failure for their 6 minutes walking test. Methods：We retrospectively studied 120 patient of chronic heart failure with NYHA Ⅲ who were treated in our hospital from March 2009 to June 2010.They were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional group,the patients received routine medication,and Nuclear dairy injection group,the patients received routine medication plus nuclear dairy injection.n=60 in each group,and each group contained 30 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and 30 dilated cardiomyopathy.We conducted 6 minutes walking test before treatment,and 3,6,12 months after the treatment in each group respectively. Results：The patients had increased 6 minutes walking distance after the treatment in both groups than they were before the treatment,P0.05 respectively.The 6 minutes walking distance increased at 3 months,6 months and 12 months accordingly,P0.05 respectively.Nuclear dairy injection group had the increased 6 minutes walking distance than that in Conventional group after the treatment,P0.05.The increased ranges of 6 minutes walking distance in Nuclear dairy injection group were higher that those in Conventional group at different time points,P0.05 respectively. Conclusion：Nuclear dairy injection may significantly improve the cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.
