摘　　要：隐性知识的粘着性,使得隐性知识在转移过程中依附的主体在不断发生变化。根据隐性知识在转移过程中所依附的主体不同,将转移过程分解为隐性知识发送、传递、形成3个子过程,并分别对各个子过程及影响因素进行分析。The adhesive ability of tacit knowledge makes the main body adhered to by tacit knowledge in the transfer process change constantly.According to the difference of the main bodies adhered to by tacit knowledge in the transfer process,the paper divides the transfer process into 3 sub-processes,namely,sending,transferring and forming tacit knowledge,and analyzes the sub-processes and their influencing factors separately.
