摘　　要：随着高校图书馆面向社会开放,相关规章制度也相继出台。这些规章制度虽形式各异,但一般都包括以下内容:服务对象、服务内容、读者权限、读者管理等。面向社会开放的规章制度存在内容分散、形式简单等问题,有待改进和完善。With the university library opening to the society,relevant rules and regulations have been put into effect.Although these rules and regulations have different forms,they generally include the following content： service object,service content,permission for readers and reader management.The rules and regulations open to the society have the problems of decentralized content and simple form,and have much room for improvement and perfectness.
