指标选药临床思路及用药原则

摘　　要：现代疾病临床表现日趋复杂,早期病理生理诊断日臻成熟,使得传统中医在辨证治疗上受到诸多局限,疗效评价有失客观。为提高现代中医临床疗效,作者总结多年临床经验,将异常理化检查纳入中医治疗的"指标",突出"靶点"治疗,在不脱离整体辨证论治的前提下,结合传统中药药性及现代药理研究成果选药组方。文章将具体阐述"指标选药"的临床思路及用药原则,为现代中医临床提供一些参考。Laboratory Indicators is more reliable basis to the development of modern medicine.It is the same standard to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine defines disease as the symptoms and the treatment center is syndrome differentiation.Most of the efficacy is not objective.Our therapeutic methods pay attention to the disease and emphasize the laboratory indicators in clinic.In this paper,author expounds the clinical therapy and drug principles of improving laboratory indicators in clinic.
