从湿瘀辨治慢性肾脏疾病的探讨

摘　　要：中医认为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)属"本虚标实"之证,脾肾两虚是发病之本,而邪实方面的湿、浊、瘀是关键的病理产物,亦是重要的致病因素,并且贯穿疾病的始终。文章从慢性肾脏疾病湿瘀的形成机制、主要临床及病理表现、治疗方法等进行理论探讨。认为湿瘀是慢性肾脏疾病进展的重要病理因素。因此,临床上应注重对湿瘀的防治。利湿化浊、活血化瘀法应该贯穿慢性肾脏疾病治疗的全过程。Chinese medicine believes that chronic kidney disease（CKD）is a kind of primary deficiency and secondary excess syndrome.Deficiency of spleen and kidney plays a key role in the development of the disease,while the dampness,turbid,stasis are also risk factors and important pathological products.This paper discussed the mechanism,the main clinical and pathological features and treatment of CKD.And we proposed that the dampness and the stasis play a significant role in the development of CKD.Thus,we should pay more attention to the treatment of the dampness and the stasis.Removing dampness and activating blood circulation should be run through in the whole treatment process.
