摘　　要：由于生活节奏紧张,精神压力过大和不规则的生活方式,我国高血压病的发病率逐年升高。虽然高血压病的病因迄今尚未查明,各种假说甚嚣尘上,但是其在发病之前就已经存在了可衍变为此病的"亚健康"状态。运用中医基础理论对其进行剖析,明确病因病机,进行早期干预,可以有效的阻止其向疾病转变。Because of rapid life rhythm,mental pressure and irregular way of life,the incidence of hypertension is increasing year by year.Although the etiology of hypertension has not yet been identified,various hypotheses were flying around,but there is the onset of evolution for this disease which is termed as sub-healthy state.Basic Theory of TCM can be used for its analysis to make clear of pathogenesis,and early intervention can effectively prevent the development of the sub-healthy state.
