摘  要:目的:通过建立慢性心衰大鼠模型,观察参草通脉颗粒对慢性心衰大鼠心功能及其血清脑钠素(BNP)水平影响的相关性。方法:以冠脉结扎法配合力竭式游泳、减食等方法造成大鼠慢性心衰动物模型,随机分为三组即中药组、西药组、模型组,空白对照组为未手术造模的正常大鼠。空白对照组和模型组大鼠常规等容积灌胃蒸馏水每次3mL,日2次;用药各组的大鼠按人鼠剂量换算公式给药,6周后,测定各组大鼠心功能LVIDs、LVIDd、EF%和血清BNP。结果:慢性心衰动物模型组LVIDs、LVIDd明显增大,血清BNP的含量增高,EF%降低(P<0.01),与模型组比较,中药组与西药组均能不同程度的降低心衰大鼠血清BNP的含量,减小LVIDs、LVIDd,提高EF%(P<0.01),中药组与西药组相比P>0.05。结论 :参草通脉颗粒降低心衰大鼠血清BNP的含量,且明显改善心功能。Objective:The subject of chronic heart failure rat model was to observed Yiqihuoxue compound on cardiac function in rats with chronic heart failure and serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) level of relevance.Methods:To coronary artery ligation with exhaustive style swimming,food and other methods caused chronic heart failure animal model,after the successful model,rats were randomly divided into three groups that Chinese medicine group,medicine group,model group,control group without surgery modeling of normal rats.Control group and model group were given,conventional and other volume of distilled water orally every 3mL,2 times;drug groups of rats were administered dose conversion formula.After 6 weeks of administration,cardiac function of rats,LVIDs,LVIDd,EF% and BNP were measured.Results:Animal model of chronic heart failure LVIDs、LVIDd increased significantly,EF% was significantly lower,BNP was significantly higher(P0.01),compared with the model group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group decreased BNP,LVIDs,LVIDd and EF% in different degrees(P0.01),The difference was not statistically(P0.05) significant.Conclusion:Shenchao Tongmai Grain reduced BNP,and improved the heart function and heart failure symptoms obviously.
