摘  要:目的:建立萱草花提取物的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法,为有效控制萱草花提取物的质量奠定基础。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为安捷伦C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速为1mL/min,分析时间为70min,分析了10批经大孔树脂处理的萱草花提取物的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析软件确定了21个色谱峰构成萱草花提取物的特征峰。结论:该分析方法稳定可靠,为萱草花提取物的质量评价与控制提供了依据。Objective:To establish the chromatographic finger print analysis for the quality control of Orangedaylily extract. Methods : RP - HPLC Methed was applied to establish the chromatographic finger print. The seperation was performed on a Anglent C18 column(4.6 ×250mm,5? m) with a gradient elution composed of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid. The column temperature was set at 25℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detective wavelength was at 254nm. Results:Under the above chromatographic conditions, the characteristic peak of finger print chromatographic of crude material of Orangedaylily extract was composed of 21 chromatographic peaks through similarity analysis. Conclusion:The finger print chromatographic set up by RP - HPLC is stable and repeatable ,which can be uesd for quality control.
