摘　　要：病毒性心肌炎属于中医学"胸痹"、"心悸"、"怔忡"的范畴。湿热作为病毒性心肌炎的致病因素已越来越多的引起人们重视。文章通过对病毒性心肌炎与湿热相关的病因病机、临床表现及治疗用药方面的探讨,揭示清热利湿法在病毒性心肌炎治疗中的作用。Viral myocarditis belongs to chest Bi-syndrome,palpitations or severe palpitations in TCM.Heat and dampness,as the causes of viral myocarditis,have attracted more and more attentions.Based on the associated etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment,it is to reveal the role of heat-clearing-and-dampness-excreting treatment for viral myocarditis.
