摘　　要：目的:建立荆花胃康胶丸中3种挥发性成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent 6890N型气相色谱仪,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),HP-5MS(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm,5%苯甲基硅氧烷)弹性石英毛细管柱,以萘为内标进行测定。结果:在该色谱条件下,驱蛔素、对伞花烃、α-松油烯和内标萘均达到较好分离,在测定范围内线性良好,加样回收率均在100%～103%之间。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于荆花胃康胶丸的质量控制。Objective：To establish a GC method for simultaneous determination of ascaridole,p-cymene and α-terpinene in Jinghua Weikang Jiaowan.Methods：The quantification of ascaridole,p-cymene and α-terpinene was conducted by Agilent 6890N GC with flame ionization detector,using HP-5MS capillary column（30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm,5% phenyl methyl siloxane）and naphthalene as internal standard.Results：Ascaridole,p-cymene,α-terpinene and naphthalene were well separated,and excellent linearities and recoveries（between 100%～103%） were achieved for the three compounds.Conclusion：This sensitive and reliable GC method can be used for the quality control of Jinghua Weikang Jiaowan.
