涟水县薛行化工集中区污水处理厂升级改造工艺设计

摘　　要：涟水县化工集中区污水处理厂总规模为1×104m3/d,一期设计规模为2 500 m3/d,原工艺出水水质不能达到《江苏省化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/939—2006)一级标准,因此实施了升级改造,采用气浮/内循环微电解/芬顿/混凝沉淀/A2O工艺/活性炭过滤器/ClO2消毒工艺,介绍了该工程的概况、工艺流程、设计参数。改造后,运行效果良好,出水水质达到了一级标准。The general design capacity of Xuehang WWTP in Lianshui County is 1 × 10^4 m3/d. The design capacity of the first-phase project is 2 500 m3/d. The effluent quality of the original process could not reach the first level criteria specified in Jiangsu Provincial Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry （DB 52/939 -2006）, so the combined process of air flotation, internal circulation microelectrolysis, Fenton reagent, coagulation sedimentation, A2/O process, activated carbon filter and chlorine dioxide disinfection is adopted now. The general situation, process flow and design pa- rameters of the upgrading and retrofitting project are presented. After the reconstruction, the WWTP op- erates well, and the effluent quality meets the first level criteria
