摘 要:目的:探究心电图(ECGl的功率分布特征以及与年龄的关联。方法:用ECG功率分布序列fPDS)的信息熵和相对熵作为度量指标.对年轻(21岁-34岁)与年老(68岁-81岁)两组健康人ECG的谱功率,按ECG的频域特征分割成4段构造出合理的PDS,计算每个PDS的信息熵和按组内、组间方式配对的每二个PDS之间的相对熵。结果:年轻组的信息熵(1.0005±0.1204)bit明显大于年老组的信息熵(O.8079±0.1340)bit(P<0.001);年轻与年老二组PDS在组内配对的相对熵分别为(0.0288±0.0260)bit、(0.0220±0.0210)bit,二者均明显小于交叉配对的相对熵(0.0475±0.0432)bit(p<0.001)。结论:ECG的复杂度随年龄而减少.相对熵可度量心电图功率分布的相似程度。Objective: To explore power distribution characteristic of electrocardiogram (ECG) and its association with age. Methods: Using information entropy (IE) and relative entropy (RE) of power distributing series (PDS) of electrocardiogram (ECG) as measurement index. Based on frequency domain features of ECGs which were collected from young (21 yr-34 yr) and elderly (68 yr-81 yr) group healthy subjects, the spectral power was divided into four segments to structure a reasonable PDS. IEs of every PDS, and REs of every two PDS using pairing modes within and between group were calculated. Results: IEs are significantly greater in young group(1.0005±0.1204)bit than in elderly one(0.8079±0.1340) bit (P〈0.001). REs within young and elderly group are (0.0288±0.0260) bit and (0.0220±0.0210) bit respectively, both are significantly lower than REs(0.0475±0.0432) bit between two groups(P〈0.001). Conclusions: ECG complexity decrease with age and RE can measure similar degree of ECG power distribution.
