摘  要:对国产Stelmor风冷盘条以及日本盐浴淬火盘条进行了力学性能及微观组织定量研究。力学性能分析表明,Stelmor盘条的断裂强度和塑性均低于盐浴淬火盘条,然而Stelmor盘条的维氏硬度却高于盐浴淬火盘条。利用电子背散射成像以及电子背散射衍射技术研究表明,Stelmor盘条微观上呈现簇状珠光体组织特征,珠光体团尺寸小、珠光体片层薄而短小以及小角度界面数量多是其维氏硬度高但塑性差的主要原因;然而,Stelmor盘条表层部分脱碳、心部硫化物夹杂较多,导致其没有达到相应硬度下应有的强度。Mechanical properties and microstructure of domestic steel wire rods quenched by Stelmor conveyor line(DP rod) and the ones produced by Japan quenched in a salt bath(DLP rod) were studied.It is found that both of strength and ductility of DP rod are inferior to DLP rod;however,the mean Vickers hardness value of DP rod is higher than that of DLP rod.The back-scattered electron imaging(BSEI) and the electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD) experimental results show that the feature of the microstructure of DP rod is nodular pearlite.More than one colony exists in a nodule,so the colony size is smaller and pearlite lamella length is shorter in size.Moreover,the pearlite lamella thickness of DP rod is finer than that of DLP rod.Besides,as well as more low-angle boundaries are observed in DP rod.As a result of these reasons,the micro-hardness of DP rod is higher and plasticity is relatively lower compared with DLP rod.However,loss of strength occurs in DP rod because of surface decarburization and the exlstence of a large amount of sulfides.
