摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析(HP)联合血液灌流(HD)对终末期肾衰患者中大分子的影响。方法对南阳医学高等专科学院第一附属医院的48例终末期肾衰患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(24例)和研究组(24例),前者仅给予HD治疗,后者在HD基础上给予HP,分析治疗前后的血液中大分子情况及清除率。结果研究组治疗后的PTH(P<0.01)、LEP(P<0.05)以及β2-MG(P<0.01)水平低于对照组。结论联合处理可降低终末期肾衰患者中大分子水平,可在相关治疗中进行推广。Objective To investigate the change of macromolecules with combined hemodialysis HP and hemoperfusion HD in patients with end - stage renal failure. Methods Totally 48 patients with end - stage renal failure patients were studied, and divided into control group （24 patients） and study group （24 cases） randomly. The control group was given only HD treatment, and the study group was given additional HP. The level and clearance rate of macromolecules in the blood before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The PTH （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, LEP （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and 132 - MG （ P 〈 0. 01 ） of study group after treatment showed lower than those of control group. Conclusions The treatment of combining hemodialysis HP and hemoperfusion HD can reduce the level of macromoleeular in the end - stage renal failure patients, and can be carried out in the relevant treatment.
