心理干预及康复训练在脑出血患者术后恢复期中应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预及康复训练措施对脑出血术后恢复期患者的生活自理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2008年10月至2010年12月我院脑出血患者180例，随机分为观察组和对照组各90例。对照组患者予以常规护理及康复训练措施，观察组患者在对照组治疗方案基础上，同时实施心理干预及康复训练。治疗结束后均采用生活活动能力评定量表（FIM）和生活质量指数（QLI）对2组患者的生活质量水平和生活自理能力进行评价。结果在生活质量指数方面，观察组患者治疗后QLI评分相比于治疗前有明显提高，对照组患者QLI评分治疗前后比较无显著差异；自理能力方面，2组患者治疗后FIM评分均较治疗前有显著提高，且治疗后观察组患者FIM评分显著高于对照组。结论心理干预及康复训练在脑出血患者术后恢复期中的应用有着极为重要的作用，可显著恢复患者自理能力及提升生活质量，有效促进康复。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention and rehabilitation training on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during postoperative recovery stage. Methods 180 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given with routine care and rehabilitation measures. The observation group adopted psychological intervention and rehabilitation training based on the routine care. After treatment, the functional independence measure （FIM）and the quality of life index （QLI）were used for the evaluation of the level of quality of life and self-care ability. Results In the quality of life index, the QLI score after treatment in the observation group improved significantly compared with that before treatment. The QLI score in the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical difference. In the self-care ability, FIM score after treatment in both of the two groups improved significantly than that be- fore. And FIM score after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Application of psychological intervention and rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during postoperative recovery stage shows pivotal importance. It can im- prove self-care ability and quality of life of patients and promote recovery effectively.
