摘　　要：首先分析了专利与行业两种分类进行对照的现实意义,然后对专利和行业分类的内容、原则及功能进行了比较,并分析了各自的特点,最后以LED产业为例,采用内容分析、关键词索引和应用文献分布定律的方法,对LED产业的专利分类对照进行了分析,并归纳了各个方法的特点和不足。This paper analyzes the practical significance in contrasting the two classifications of industry and patent.Then,it compares the two types classifications in the terms of contents,principles and functions as well.Besides,the respective characteristics of each classification are also well analyzed in this article.Lastly,taking the LED industry for instance,the paper makes an analysis of corresponding patent classification by means of content analysis,
