构建财经高校图书馆文献资源共享联盟的问题及对策

摘　　要：本文通过对图书馆联盟存在问题的分析,提出建立财经院校图书馆联盟的必要性和需要注意的问题,并从制定规章制度、编制联合目录、协调采购、信息技术平台标准化、馆建特色数据库、信息人才储备等六个方面就财经院校图书馆文献资源联盟的构建提出相应的对策及建议。Based on the existing problems in library consortia,the paper analyzes the necessity to build the consortia of libraries of finance and economics universities and some problems need to be paid attention to,and gives some suggestions on how to establish library consortia from the aspects of rules and regulations,preparation of union catalog,consortium acquisition,standardization of information technology platform,characteristic databases,expert human resource reserves,and so on.
