摘　　要：通过调查国内50所财经类本科院校图书馆学科馆员制度建设情况,分析了财经类高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设现状,从科学定位、创新学科馆员制度实施模式、确立馆藏资源建设在学科馆员制度中的核心地位、加强学科馆员管理和考核、构建学科馆员网上服务平台等方面提出了加强财经类高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的策略。This paper investigates subject librarian system construction in 50 libraries of universities of finance and economics,analyzes the current situation of subject librarian system construction in libraries of the universities and points out the developing countermeasure from the aspects of location,innovation of implementation model,locating the core responsibility of subject librarian by collection development,strengthening management and evaluation,construction of online service platform.
