摘　　要：中国计量学院图书馆学科馆员围绕学校办学目标,开展交互型服务,不仅密切接触读者,而且贴近师生需求,具有灵活性、互动性、渗透性、参与性、特创性、合作性、开放性、社会性等优点,满足了不同层次读者的信息需求。The subject librarians of China Jiliang University Library provide the interactive services according to the goals of school.They not only contact closely with the users,but also try everything possible to meet the needs of them.The interactive services can be characterized as？flexibility,interaction,penetration,participation,creativity,cooperation,openness,sociality and so on,which meet the needs of users at different levels.
