飞行员特质焦虑与心理健康的路径分析

摘　　要：目的探讨飞行员特质焦虑与心理健康的关系。方法对100名飞行员进行状态-特质焦虑问卷(STA I)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)的测评。统计处理采用SPEARMAN相关分析及AM OS路径分析。结果①飞行员心理健康(SCL-90)与特质焦虑(r=0.425,P<0.01)、消极应对(r=0.366,P<0.01)、社会支持(r=-0.288,P<0.01)、积极应对(r=-0.275,P<0.01)存在显著相关;②AM OS路径分析显示6条路径影响心理健康,其中特质焦虑的直接效应和间接效应均明显,影响因素排序:特质焦虑>特质应对>社会支持。结论提高高特质焦虑飞行员的社会支持利用度,改善其应对方式,有利于飞行员心理健康。Objective To explore the relationships between mental health and trait anxiety of military pilots.Methods A total of 100 military pilots were detected by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory（STAI）,Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ）,Symptom Checklist90（SCL-90）.Spearman correlation and path analysis of Amos were used.Result Trait anxiety（r=0.425,P0.01）,negative coping（r=0.366,P0.01）,social support（r=-0.288,P0.01）,positive coping（r=-0.275,P0.01） were significantly correlated to military pilots＇ mental health（SCL-90）.Path analysis of Amos showed that six ways had effect on mental health and trait anxiety made both direct and indirect impact on mental health.the influencing factors were ranked as follows： trait anxietytrait copingsocial support.Conclusion Improving support employ of military pilots with high trait anxiety can improve their coping style and mental health.
