合作学习对大学生成就动机影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨合作学习对大学生成就动机的影响。方法采用教育现场实验并结合访谈、量表测试等。结果①开展合作学习实验后,在成就动机的总体得分上,实验组高于对照组,且二者差异显著(t=-2.00,P<0.001);②在追求成功倾向的得分上,实验组也高于对照组,差异达到显著性水平(t=-5.38,P<0.001);③在避免失败动机倾向的得分上,实验组低于对照组,且差异极其显著(t=6.92,P<0.001)。结论①在大学教学中采用合作学习的方式有助于大学生成就动机水平的提高;②在大学教学中采用合作学习的方式可以提高大学生追求成功的倾向;③在大学教学中采用合作学习的方式有助于大学生降低避免失败的倾向。Objective To explore the effect of cooperative learning on achievement motivation through experiment and interview.Methods By AMS to test the level of college students＇ achievement motivation before and after cooperative learning experiment.Results ①After the experiment,the experiment group＇s level of achievement motivation was higher than the other＇s（t=-2.00,P0.001）.②The experiment group＇s achievement succeed was higher than the other＇s（t=-5.38,P0.001）.③The experiment group＇s level of avoiding feat was lower than the other＇s（t=6.92,P0.001）.Conclusion Cooperative learning can improve the level of achievement motivation and the level of achieving succeed,and reduce the level of avoiding feat.
