内地藏族初中生人格特质的特点

摘　　要：目的了解内地藏族初中生人格特质的特点,为他们的人格发展教育提供心理学依据。方法采用龚耀先修订《艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)》(少年版)对110名初中生进行量表测量。结果内地藏族初中生的人格特质大多属于中间型。从典型人格类型看,精神质型所占比例最高,神经质型次之,外向型最低;在神经质和内外向性上不存在显著差异,在精神质和掩饰性上存在显著差异(P<0.05);在掩饰性上存在性别差异(P<0.05),男生较为内向,女生较为倔强。结论内地藏族初中生的人格特质在一些维度上明显区别于汉族初中生。Objective To explore personality traits of mainland students in junior high schools,and provide the basis for mental health education.Methods Adopting ＂Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）＂（Juvenile Version） revised by Gong Yao-xian to make a scale survey on 110 Tibetan students in the Tibetan middle school of Changzhou,Jiangsu.Results The Tibetan students＇ personality traits in the mainland were mostly belong to central type.From the perspective of a typical personality type,the psychoticism type accounted for the highest proportion,followed by neuroticism type,and with the minimum of extraverted type.It did not make obvious difference in neuroticism type and extraverted type,but there was quite different between the psychotisicm type and camouflage（P〈0.05）.They had gender differences in the camouflage（P〈0.05）,in which boys were more introverted and girls more obstinate.Conclusion The personality traits of mainland Tibetan students in junior high schools are quite different form Han students in some dimensions.
