摘　　要：采用树脂材料密闭离心铝热法制备陶瓷内衬钢管陶瓷层气孔、裂纹等缺陷 ,从而获得具有防腐耐磨双重功能的复合管材。产品可在真空状态下长期运行 ,内衬层与钢管基体结合强度高 ,在高温下内衬不鼓泡、褶皱。By use of the centrifugal aluminum heating method, the resin can be used to seal the pores and cracks existing in the ceramic lining of the composite pipes. In this way, a new kind of composite pipe that is anticorrosive and antierossive has been obtained. The pipe can be used under the vacuum condition for long term. The bonding strength of the lining and base material is high so that the lining will not peel off or strip at high temperature.
