中国东部海岛育龄妇女贫血发生状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解中国东部海岛地区育龄妇女贫血患病情况。方法采用横断面调查办法，选取2009年舟山地区健康体检的20-49岁育龄妇女760名，测定其Hb、血清铁蛋白（Fer）水平，分析海岛地区育龄妇女Hb水平及贫血患病情况。结果舟山地区760名育龄妇女的Hb平均水平为131．1g/L，贫血患病率为22．37％（170例），缺铁性贫血患病率为13．29％（101例），30～39岁育龄妇女平均陆水平较其他年龄组低（t=14．07，P〈0．01），贫血患病率和缺铁性贫血患病率均较20—29岁育龄妇女高（Х^2=6．722、4．069，P〈0．05）。不同年龄段育龄妇女重、中、轻度贫血患病情况差异无统计学意义（Х^2=1．854、4．520、2．684，P〉0．05）。结论中国东部海岛地区育龄妇女贫血患病率总体较低，以缺铁性贫血为主，但30～39岁育龄妇女贫血患病率较高，需对该群体加强健康教育。Objective To investigate the prevalence of anemia among child-bearing women in eastern archipelago of China. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 760 child-bearing women aged 20 to 49 years who taken physical examination in 2009 in Zhoushan archipelago. Their hemoglobin （Hb） and serum ferritin （Fer） eoncentratiorts were determined and analyzed. Results The mean concentration level of Hb of 760 cases of child-bearing women in Zhoushan archipelago was 131.1 g/L, the prevalence of anemia in these crowd was 22.37 % （170 eases）, iron deficiency anemia（IDA）was 13.29% （101 eases）. The level of Hb in 30-39 years old women was lower than those in other ages （ t = 14.07, P 〈 0.01 ）, whereas the prevalence of anemia and IDA were higher than those in 20-29 years（ Х^2 = 6.722, 4.069, P 〈0.05）. In addition, there was no significant difference among different ages of women with high, median, low anemia（ Х^2 = 1.854, 4.520, 2.684, P 〉 0.05）. Condusions The prevalence of anemia among child-bearing women in eastern archipelago of China is relatively low, mainly in IDA. The prevalence of anemia among 30-39 years old women is high, and health education should be strengthened for these crowd.
