紫草膏治疗5-氟尿嘧啶所致化学性静脉炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究通过应用紫草膏,观察其治疗5-氟尿嘧啶所致化学性静脉炎的效果。方法:选取直肠癌术后存在Ⅱ度静脉炎的患者80例,随机分为紫草膏治疗组和硫酸镁治疗组,每组各40例。分别应用紫草膏和硫酸镁治疗化学性静脉炎。结果:紫草膏治疗组患者治愈率为95.0%,治愈时间为3.8±0.7d,患者无论治愈率还是治愈时间比较优于硫酸镁治疗组。结论:紫草膏治疗化学性静脉炎具有良好的疗效。Purpose：This study was to evaluate the efficacy of amebia plasper（AP）,which was used to patients with chemical phlebitis induced by 5-fluorouracil therapy.Materials and Methods：80 patients after rectal carcinoma operation with grade II chemical phlebitis were randomly divided into AP group（APt） and magnesium sulfate group（MSt）.When receiving 5-fluororacil therapy,40 patients were smeared AP along the direction of the vein and another 40 patients were accepted magnesium sulfate gauze.SAS and SDS were analyzed to evaluate the tolerance level of chemotherapy.Results：The cure rate of chemical phlebitis in APt group was 95.0%.The time of rescuing in APt group was 3.8±0.7d.The statistical analysis of above two index showed significant difference（p0.05） comparing to MSt.Conclusion：AP has great effective treatment to the patients with chemical phlebitis on chemotherapy.
