摘  要:采用超高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(UPLC-FLD)检测玩具涂料中的多环芳烃,通过条件优化,实现了各组分的完全分离和高灵敏度检测。在优化的实验条件下,荧光检测器的检出限为0.015~0.8μg/mL,方法精密度为0.6%~1.45%,样品加标回收率为78.5%~100.5%。与气相色谱质谱联用仪相比,该方法有更快的检测速度和更高的灵敏度,适合于玩具涂料生产过程和原材料等的快速检测。Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Fluorescence Detection was applied to determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the coatings for toys.The method realized the complete base-line separation of PAHS and high sensitive after optimizing analytic conditions.The instrument detection limits of the fluorescence detection were 0.015~0.8 μg/mL.Precisions of the method were 0.6 %~1.45 %.The recoveries of standard addition were 75 %~115 %.Compare with GCMS,the method has a higher speed and lower detection limits.It fit for rapid analysis during the manufacture of coatings for toys.
