摘 要:在二组纬全显色结构基础上,通过改变色纬的色彩组合方式及比例来研究提花织物表面空间混色的色彩变化特征。试样织物采用无彩经纱与固定红色纬纱加其他原色纬纱,即红绿(RG)、红蓝(RB)和红黄(RY)色彩组合进行生产。再将试样织物通过扫描仪输入计算机进行混色分析,采用计算机色彩平均计算法分别计算试样织物混色实物图和原结构模拟图的L*、a*、b*色度值,并进行比较。结果表明:二组纬全显色提花织物的空间混色,色彩变化规律性强,但试样实物混色模拟图与原结构模拟图之间存在色差;二组纬全显色提花织物依据自己的混色特征可以建立起有效的色彩模型和实用的色卡用于指导该类织物设计。The sample fabrics were woven with colorless warp and two colored wefts,one with red,and the other with basic colors,i.e.,RG(red-green),RB(red-blue),or RY(red-yellow),and the spatial mixed color characteristics on the surface of the fabrics were investigated by varying color combinations and proportion of colored wefts.And then the sample fabrics were scanned,and mixed color effect of the scanned images was analyzed using computer.A comparative study of the L*,a* and b* chromatic values of the simulated images of sample fabrics and the control based on ″color average computation″ method showed that the change of the spatial mixed color of the sample fabrics had distinct regularity and there existed chromatic aberration in simulated images between the sample fabric and the control.In accordance of the mixed color characteristics,a color model and standard color card of the double weft jacquard fabric with colored wefts can be developed and used to guide the design of this kind of fabrics.
