摘  要:在不同试验条件下,采用17种不同结构的分散染料对聚乳酸纱线染色。结果表明,分散红玉R167、分散橙O30、分散蓝B284可作为聚乳酸染色中的三原色染料。分析染料结构发现,单偶氮且具有醋酸酯基的分散染料对聚乳酸纤维有较高的上染率。染色工艺优化研究结果表明:当pH=4~5,温度为110℃,保温时间为30~40 min时,聚乳酸纱线能获得较好的染色效果,还原清洗条件中净洗剂FB的加入能提高染色纱线的耐汗渍色牢度及耐洗色牢度1~1.5级。This paper discussed the dyeing of PLA yarn using seventeen kinds of disperse dyes with various structures under different experimental conditions.The results showed that Disperse Rubine R167,Disperse Orange O30 and Disperse Blue B284 could be as tricolor dye in PLA dyeing.According to the analysis of these dye structures,it was found that the PLA yarn would get higher dye uptake through using the mono-AZO disperse dye with acetate group.After optimizing the dyeing process,the PLA yarn could obtain high quality of dyeing when the condition were controlled with pH value 4-5,temperature 110 ℃ for 30-40 min.The rating of color fastness to perspiration and washing of the dyed yarn could be raised by 1-1.5 grade when detergent FB was added into reduction clearing.
