摘 要:针对印染废水处理难度大,处理工艺复杂的问题,为提高其处理效率,研究混凝-吸附-氧化法处理印染废水的工艺条件。结果表明:将水样的pH值调至5,以质量浓度为1 000 mg/L聚合铁(PFS)为絮凝剂,先按150 r/min快速搅拌1 min,再按60 r/min慢速搅拌15 min,之后静置30 min,澄清后出水投加20 g/L活性炭和0.2μL/mL双氧水,25℃条件下以350 r/min搅拌60 min,其出水指标为:COD值119 mg/L,色度39倍,其色度值达到国标一级排放标准,COD值达到国标二级排放标准。Dyeing and printing wastewater treatment is difficult,and has complicated treatment process.This paper studied the technological conditions of the dyeing and printing wastewater treatment by coagulation-adsorption-oxidation in order to improve the efficiency of the treatment.The result showed when adjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 5,using 1 000 mg/L PFS as coagulant,reacting for 1 min with 350 r/min agitation and 15 min 60 r/min agitation and standing for 30 min,adding 20 g/L activated carbon and 0.2 μL/mL H2O2 to the resultant wastewater,and reacting for 60 min with 350 r/min agitation at 25 ℃,the indexes of the treated wastewater were as the follows COD value 119 mg/L and chrominance 39 folds,and the former conforms to the international discharge standard Ⅰ,and the latter to Ⅱ.
