摘　　要：地理环境的差异导致服饰的多样性。以湘西、黔东、黔中南、川黔滇、海南苗族服饰特征的对比分析为基础,综合分析不同地区的地形、气候、生物环境等自然地理因素对不同类型苗族服饰的影响过程和机制。研究结果表明,苗族服饰的产生、发展和变化过程,其形制、用料、饰物、色彩和图案都直接或间接的受到了自然地理环境的影响。不断发展变化的特色苗族服饰所拥有的价值已经不仅是单纯的遮体保暖功能,更应作为传统民族文化的遗产而得到足够的重视与保护。Different geographical environments lead to diverse costumes.Based on the comparative analysis of five types′ characters of Miao costumes,combining the topography,climate,biological environment and other natural geographical factors of different regions,this paper comprehensively analyzed the influence process and function of geographical environment in different types of Miao costumes.Research showed that in the generation,development and evolution processes,Miao costumes were directly or indirectly impacted by natural geography in shapes,materials,dress adornments,color and patterns.The value of constant development and evolution of Miao costumes,is not purely a function of covering their bodies to keep warm,and more importantly,they should be given enough attention and protection as a traditional national culture heritage.
