摘　　要：本文介绍用Ender’s针合小夹板治疗胫腓骨中下1/3骨折31例,平均骨性愈合14周,疗效较国外同类报导为优.指出由于这类骨折远端进针长度稍短,配合小夹板有利骨折稳定,并缩短疗程,减少骨折迟缓愈合和不愈合,是可取的治疗方式.This paper reports the treatment of 31 cases of bone fracture on lower 1/3 of tibia & fibula. In the treatment the mean time for union was 14 weeks and the method applied is more effective than those reported abroad. It indicates that the nail for this kind of fracture of the distal part is comparatively shorter, which is available for the fixation of the affected area by combining with small splint. This method can shorten the treatment course, decrease the cases of delayed union or disunion, providing a new means of treating this kind of fracture.
