摘  要:采用复合添加剂 (Ⅱ ) ,主要成分为 :重钙、磷酸、亚硫酸氢钠和碳酸钙等 ,以稻草 (或麦杆 )为原料 ,用硫酸酸化水解制取糠醛 ,硫酸浓度为 6 % (摩尔 % ) ,液固比为 1∶1~ 2∶1 (wt /wt) ,复合添加剂 (Ⅱ )与原料的比为 0 .0 5∶1 (wt/wt) ,出醛率 :稻草为 1 0 % ;麦杆 1 1 % ,废渣全部转化为中性复合肥。The complex additives(Ⅱ) (contained phosphoric acid, calcium over-super phosphate, calcium carbonate and sodium hydrosulphite ,etc.) were used to produce furfural from straw of rice (or straw of wheat) by the hydrolysis with sulfuric acid. It studied the effect of the amount of the additives, the content of the added substance and the conditions of the distillation on the acidity of the settlings. The experiment results showed, as the following conditions: sulfuric acid concentration is 6%, the ratio of liquid to solid is 1∶1~2∶1 (by weight) , the ratio of the complex additives (Ⅱ) (contained 80% calcium over-super phosphate) to raw material is 0.2∶1 (by weight), the all waste settlings become neutral complex fertilizer after the distillation completed. In the same conditions, the productivity of furfural was above 85% of the theory value.
