摘　　要：通过对当前我国渔业形势的阐述和分析 ,给出了“海洋牧场”的一般性定义 ,同时从各个角度对我国建设海洋牧场 ,发展新型渔业的迫切性及可行性进行了分析探讨 。The current situation of fishery was elaborated,and the instrancy and the feasibility of constructing oceanic ranch and development of new-style fishery were analyzed from every point of view in this paper.The author gave the general definition of oceanic ranch and perspective of constructing oceanic ranch in our country based on geographical conditions.
