摘 要:肝纤维化是各种原因所致的肝损伤在组织修复过程中的一种代偿反应,以细胞外基质过量沉积为病理特征。诸多肝损伤因素在其致病过程中均不同程度地伴有氧化应激,这些病因不祛除、长期作用于肝脏即可导致肝纤维化乃至肝硬化。近年来,氧化应激与肝纤维化,特别是肝星状细胞活化的关系日益受到关注。就氧化应激在肝纤维化发生、发展中的作用机制作一综述。Liver fibrosis was a compensation reaction,characterized by mass ECM deposition,coming from the reparative process of live tissue when the live was injured by various reasons.In the pathogenic course,oxidative stress was involved in a different degree which would lead to hepatic fibrosis,even cirrhosis,if long affected the liver and could not been eliminated.In recent years,the relationship between the oxidative stress and hepatic fibrosis,especially and the activated HSC,has been paid much more attention.The article summarized the mechanism how oxidative stress affected the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.
