慢性乙型肝炎非抗病毒治疗适应症患者的中西医治疗现状

摘　　要：针对新版《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南(2010版)》中部分患者不建议行抗病毒治疗,而临床这部分患者的健康状况及预后仍然需要充分关注这一现状,综述了目前中医、西医对非抗病毒适应症患者的治疗思路、方法及存在问题,提出基于治未病思想,在扶正祛邪的原则下,准确寻找该类患者的辨证依据是治疗关键。Parts of patients with chronic hepatitis B should not be treated with antiviral therapy according to the new issue of Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B（2010）,however,the conditions and prognosis of these patients still need attentions.The article reviewed the treating thought,methods and problems of these non-antiviral indications of chronic hepatitis B both in Chinese and Western medicine and proposed that based on the thought of preventive treatment of disease and the principle of rectifying vital-Qi and expelling evlis,correct syndrome differentiation is the key to treating these patients.
