摘　　要：目的:研究白塞氏综合征(BD)患者治疗前后负性情绪和生活质量的变化及清补活血法的干预作用,进一步评价清补活血法对BD的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的108例BD患者,随机分为清补活血汤组(治疗组)54例,泼尼松组(对照组)54例。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、SF-36生存质量测定表进行问卷调查,采用半定量症状分级法对BD患者相关临床症状积分统计,进行前后对比治疗研究。结果:BD患者焦虑抑郁指数(SAS+SDS积分)较健康人明显升高(P<0.05);BD患者生活质量(生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康)有不同程度的下降,与健康人比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);经治疗后两组患者上述各观察指标有不同的升落,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:BD患者处于轻中度精神抑郁状态,生活质量有一定程度的下降,清补活血法可改善BD患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective： The changes of negative emotions and life quality of BD patients before and after treatment were compared and the intervention of clear supplementing and blood-activating method was studied so as to evaluate the effect.Methods： 108 cases met the criterion were involved and randomly divided into treatment group（54 cases） and control group（54 cases）.SAS,SDS and SF-36 surviving testing table were used.Clinical symptoms scores comparison was made by semiquantitative symptom grading method.Results： The anxiety-depression index（SAS＋SDS） of BD patients obviously increased than that of healthy people（P0.05）;quality life of BD patients had decreased in and compared with healthy people,there was significant differentce（P0.05 or P0.01）.After treatment,the above indexes have different increase and decrease;and there was significant difference compared before treatment.The comparison before and after treatment had obvious differences（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion： BD patients are in moderate depression condition and the life quality has decreased to some extent.Clearing supplementing and blood-activating method can rectify the negative emotions and improve life quality.
