复方田基黄胶囊的薄层鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:建立复方田基黄胶囊的薄层鉴别方法,为其质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别复方田基黄胶囊中的田基黄、虎杖、黄芪。结果:复方田基黄胶囊中的田基黄、虎杖、黄芪和对照药材薄层色谱主斑点位置一致;且定性鉴别斑点圆整,分离度好,易于区别。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为复方田基黄胶囊的质量控制方法之一。Objective： To establish a TLC identification method for Compound Tianhuangji Capsules and to provide basis for the establishment of its quality standard.Methods： Hypericum japonicm Thunb,Polygonum cuspidatum and Radix Astragalus in Compound Tianhuangji Capsules were identified by TLC.Results： The obtained TLC spots of Hypericum japonicm Thunb,Polygonum cuspidatum,Radix Astragalus in Compound Tianhuangji Capsules occurred at the corresponding positions compared to the controls.The studies showed that spot of naringoside on TLC.Conclusion：The method is proved to be simple,sensitive,precise and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Compound Tianhuangji Capsules.
